Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp. minced onions

3 large garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper

1 tsp. dried thyme

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients and marinate for 24 to 48 hours, depending on the type of steak. Cook steaks to desired doneness on the grill. Type of Meat/Cut: Steak
