Recipe Ingredients

12 cloves garlic
15 - 20 cilantro leaves (not stems)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup red wine (dry or sweet works well)
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard (country style is best)

3 tbsp. Worstershire Sauce

salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves at least 4. (If not several people, depending on how much is used.)
