Recipe Ingredients

1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp. black pepper

1 cup cola drink

Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Place 1 1/2 pounds of steak (such as Flank Steaks) in a large zipper bag. Pour marinade into bag and seal. Marinate for 6-8 hours. Grill Flank Steaks to desired doneness and glaze with your favorite sauce.
