Recipe Ingredients

Classic Steakburgers
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup apple juice
1 cup sweet and sour sauce
1/2 cup red onion, diced

1 tbsp. honey mustard

1 tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1/4 cup cold water

1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Place Classic Steakburgers or other beef in glass dish and pour marinade over meat, flipping beef over to make sure all surfaces are covered. Cover dish and marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. Drain excess liquid and cook beef according to your desired method and doneness.
