			Cooking Instructions
						In a medium saucepan combine cornstarch and water. Stir. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add the cherries, orange zest, maple syrup, and pecans. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently until hot. Serve warm over your favorite steak, grilled to your liking.
