Recipe Ingredients

2 tsp. of ground chipotle seasoning
2 tsp. of chili powder
1 tsp. of ground cumin
1/2 tsp. of lime zest
1/2 tsp of garlic salt

1/2 tsp. of onion powder

1 tbsp. of kosher salt

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Press rub into both sides of each steak and wrap in plastic wrap. Let rest 10 minutes, then grill or pan-fry to desired doneness. *For lime zest: wash and remove lime peel. Grate peel with very fine grater. One average-size lime yields about 1 tablespoon zest.
