Recipe Ingredients

4 Kansas City Boneless Ribeye Steak
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. curry powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

1/2 of a 6 oz. can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed

Cooking Instructions

In a small mixing bowl stir together the cooking oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, curry powder, minced garlic and red pepper. Stir in the limeade concentrate till smooth. Brush some of the sauce over Kansas City Boneless Ribeye Steak then grill to your liking. Reserve the rest of the sauce and pour over your steaks. Enjoy!!
