			Cooking Instructions
						Combine the tamarind paste, the nectar, the molasses, and the lime juice in the jar of a blender. Puree until mixture is well blended and smooth. Note: this is a very thick sauce. *Any flavor nectar may be substituted for the apricot nectar.
