Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup La Choy Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a covered bowl. Add one pound of Beef Tenderloin Tips or Boneless Chicken Breasts to marinade. Allow meat to marinate for 24-36 hours. Cook on grill or in oven until meat is cooked thoroughly. Serve cold or hot.
