Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar

2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

3 tbsp. ketchup

2 tbsp. tomato chili sauce

1/4 tbsp. grated orange zest

1/4 tbsp. grated lemon zest

1/4 tbsp. garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients in a medium size saucepan (3 cup pot or larger). Turn flame on low. Heat until sugar is dissolved and sauce is uniform in consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use as a steak sauce.
